Wells Fargo Identity Theft & Fraud

I cannot understand how Corporations can get away with these type of thefts that are in the news constantly. The biggest reason I am trying to build this consumer protection database allowing the public to pass information on to friends through my social network. This would be a perfect example where a person finds inconsistency in their bank statements, upload the information to our website, then send it to their friends to vote on. Think of how fast this information can reach the proper people alerting the public to corporations scamming the public. These bank employee's should be arrested for identity theft and fraud for creating fraudulent upgrades to a customers account without their permission. No one from Wells Fargo will go to jail, but you and I would so lets expose them. HELP ME FIND FUNDING PLEASE!
